1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including but not limited to web development, social media management, graphic design, resume writing, and all related deliverables.

By engaging with Digital Panthers, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.


2. Definitions

  • “Agency” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Digital Panthers.

  • “Client” / “You” / “Your” refers to the individual or business engaging our services.

  • “Services” refers to all digital solutions offered by Digital Panthers, including web development, social media management, graphic design, resume writing, and related deliverables.

  • “Project” refers to the specific scope of work agreed upon between both parties.


3. Services Provided

Digital Panthers offers the following services:

  • Web Development: Custom website design, development, maintenance, and optimization.

  • Social Media Management: Content creation, scheduling, engagement, strategy, and ad management.

  • Graphic Design: Logos, branding materials, pitch decks, company profiles, posters, flyers, and other visual assets.

  • Resume Writing: ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career documents.

All services are delivered based on the scope defined in the project agreement or contract.


4. Project Inquiries & Quotations

  • All projects begin with an inquiry via our website, email, or live chat.

  • We provide a free initial consultation to understand your needs.

  • A detailed quotation and project scope will be shared for your approval.

  • Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation, unless stated otherwise.


5. Agreement & Contract

  • Once you approve the quotation and scope, we will send a formal agreement or contract.

  • The contract must be signed (digitally or physically) before work commences.

  • The contract includes deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and any specific requirements.


6. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required to begin most projects.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or launch.

  • Recurring Services: Social media management and maintenance packages are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, or other methods as mutually agreed.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed by more than 7 days.


7. Project Timeline & Delays

  • Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project.

  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, etc.) may extend the timeline.

  • We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.


8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content, text, images, logos, and brand assets on time.

  • Respond to queries, feedback requests, and approvals promptly.

  • Communicate clearly about goals, preferences, and expectations.

  • Ensure they have the rights to use any materials provided to us.


9. Revisions & Changes

  • Web Development: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions (as per scope). Additional changes may be billed separately.

  • Graphic Design: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Extra changes may incur charges.

  • Resume Writing: Includes unlimited revisions until satisfaction.

  • Social Media Management: Revisions to content calendars can be made before posting. Published posts may be updated with client feedback.


10. Approval & Acceptance

  • Once the client gives final approval, the work is considered accepted.

  • For websites: Approval is confirmed via email or written communication before launch.

  • For designs/resumes: Approval is confirmed before final files are delivered.


11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit, minus any administrative fees.

  • After Work Begins: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Partial Completion: If a project is canceled mid-way, the client pays for work completed up to that point.

  • Recurring Services: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled with 15 days’ notice. No refunds for partial months.


12. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership After Full Payment:

  • Once full payment is received, the client owns the final deliverables (websites, designs, resumes, etc.).

  • We may retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.

Ownership During Project:

  • All concepts, drafts, and preliminary work remain the property of Digital Panthers until full payment is made.

Third-Party Assets:

  • Any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins, etc.) are licensed to the client as per their original terms.


13. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any confidential information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required to deliver the services (e.g., sharing with hosting providers, platform support, etc.).


14. Liability & Indemnification

  • Digital Panthers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, followers, rankings) as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold Digital Panthers harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of our deliverables.


15. Third-Party Services & Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in platform policies or features

  • Technical issues or downtime on third-party platforms

  • Account suspensions or content removal by third parties


16. Website Maintenance & Hosting

  • Hosting is not included unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

  • Maintenance packages are billed separately and cover updates, backups, and security patches.

  • We are not responsible for data loss if the client fails to maintain backups.


17. Social Media Management Terms

  • We manage accounts on agreed platforms but do not own the accounts.

  • The client retains full ownership and control of their social media profiles.

  • We follow platform guidelines and reserve the right to refuse content that violates policies.


18. Resume Writing Disclaimer

  • We craft resumes to the best of our ability but do not guarantee job interviews or employment.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final documents before use.


19. Communication

All communication will be via:

  • Email

  • Live chat on our website

  • Phone/video calls (scheduled)

  • Project management tools (as agreed)

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.


20. Portfolio & Testimonials

We reserve the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio (website, social media, etc.)

  • Request testimonials from clients (optional, not mandatory)

If you prefer your work to remain private, please inform us in writing.


21. Force Majeure

Digital Panthers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, internet outages, or technical failures.


22. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts 


23. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
